RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ExchangesAtul talked about it on the investor presentations they did.  When asked about future plans or how quickly he expects to see revenue increase he usually talked about a raise to quickly expand sales capabilities or to buy an asset (he seemed most interested in what he called SnippMedia to get at the advertising budgets of the companies they already worked with).  He said he would be on board with it if they had a proper valuation which they did not so organic growth was the current plan. He even alluded to the fact current institutional investors (assuming Cannacord) told him that he needed to start turning a profit before spending anymore money.  I'll give him credit he pulled it off, hopefully they stay the course and continue to grow organically.
