The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

"...the Company issued 4,607,180 common shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at a deemed price per Share of $0.277914 to VN on December 30, 2021 in satisfaction of the Company's obligation to issue US$1,000,000 in Shares to VN by no later than December 31, 2021".
