I quickly read the EBook.

You seem to be saying NXO is involved.

Im saying , sorry , NXO's Name is nowhere ... so lets not make the same mistake of the past 5 years. People said we had contracts with NASA for satelites ... Mobile phones ect. All false.

If NXO has contracts with Qualcomm , they will let us know by a N/R ....

Until then , lets stay in the real world and accept NXO has 0$ in contracts at this time.
