That's not news, plus after eating a few pairs of socks on the $1 PP fiasco, he'll never speak until it's a done deal and he said as much in one of his past interviews.
We'd all like to have confirmation of what's in that bid pipeline and knowing that would help support the SP. Confirmation of a $20M-$30Million/yr bid sitting with Septa that is expected in the next 12 months would be good to know, but DD will never NR that. If you believe AW and his sources, that's just one of the contracts that's imminent.

I really like CEO Dyment, but he's used to running private companies. With public companies, if you do not report the business progress, then you see what happens with the share price.
