RE:JEV $6M raise at .10 premium to market The financing is now done, at .11 above the closing share price on Friday. Insiders invested $1.5 million.... a strong show of confidence, IMO. 

I am looking forward to seeing what comes next. In the news, it mentioned part of the raise will be for "growth" initiatves?
