I think you're right on.

Traditionally, though, IBI has rent / lease adjustments and other fun accounting stuff that usually makes it into the year end report...so although it's always a rock solid quarter operationally (and usually amazing for cash flows - collections / paymets on large projects) there is always some End of Year adjustment that are impossible to predict.
