I think you are putting WAY too much emphasis on the taxonomy effect on the uranium demand picture. How many reactors will be built as a result of this?? Maybe a dozen?  I think that would even be a stretch. Build outs by the chinese and others outside the EU has a much greater bearing on the demand.
