Davey doesn't even rank as a camel chit sweeper in the scheme of things for MBS.
There's a ton of propaganda out there on NEOM, the Saudi vision for a utopian city. First phase has been decreed to be completed by 2025. Davey/Genoil is not even a footnote in this chapter of Saudi ambitions.
