For this company to look legit in the investment world, the share price has to show signs of life. 

Every news release inspires comments about how this is a no brainer and is going to the moon. But yet, the price continues to drift lower. 

Are there concerns from people a lot smarter than me about taking a leap and buying this? 

Just blowing off some steam as a frustrated share holder.
