Why stock move to such extremes?

Why stock move to such extremes?

Did anything changed, are we still waiting for Quebec to endorse Rose project?

Here are some of my thoughts.

All economic movements, by their very nature, are motivated by crowd psychology. Without due recognition of crowd-thinking ... our theories of economics leave much to be desired. ... It has always seemed to me that the periodic madness which afflicts mankind must reflect some deeply rooted trait in human nature - a trait akin to the force that motivates the migration of birds or the rush of lemmings to the sea... It is a force wholly impalpable... yet, knowledge of it is necessary to right judgments on passing events.

Todays stock movement was indeed a reminder that this sentiment is here to stay and getting more intense.

I’m holding my shares and I’m not giving anyone a chance to get what I have.

Me having held for longer than 10 years. Have you added to your position? Do you intend on selling soon for a profit? Are you willing to see management complete the project timeline?

These are but a few questions I’d ask myself to determine Traders vs Investors.

The past is the past and we can't change any of it - whether we'd like to or not. But the future is not certain or settled. We will play a starring role in our financial future. I'm certainly an optimist when it comes to the stock market as history tells us that stock prices rise much more often than they decline. Also, history suggests that we're still in the early to middle stages of a bullish super cycle. The big picture says that we're in a multi-decade period that favors the equity market.

Long on CRE..
