The fact that Embark's facility in Woodstock is for sale (which they disclosed) and has been for sale for 188 days is very relevant. How much money is it costing to finance that facility?
It has been for sale for six months but the land was purchased, the engineering, permitting, infrastructure, foundations and steel structure are all in place.
This costs money that Bevcanna will have to take over once the acquisition is complete.
Relevant.
They mentioned Woodstock being for sale but have not mentioned anything about the Delta property being for sale.
Relevant.
This is not misinformation this is relevant.
Get it straight.
