RE:RE:Survey says:I kiind of agree that the actual start date  won't have much affect on the share price mostly because that news/promise is already built into the share price....and based on previous promises there could be some doubt associated with that..... Also Phase 1 mostly just determines if it is safe for humans, what dose can be tolerated without side effects and maybe some in vitro as well.
