RE:5 million restricted shares to management etcI like performance based compensation tied to the share price, but I'd like to know the details of when and how these things vest... .34 is fine by me because it's higher than my average price; however, in all fairness, they shouldn't be exercisable unless the stock price goes above the .45 cent strike price of the warrants from the last financing. The last press release said details are to come at a future special shareholders meeting.
