Base business up ON VOLUME by about 20%. Provided they didnt stuff the channel too full at year end, this is a GOOD increase. New product activity no traction, unfortunate.
Discussion on JV and the pipeline ok. This business has to speed up! Like why am I hearing about the xmas holidays.....they come every year, its not an excuse.
Advice for Gilles, when someone asks the question what the GATEWAY to the promised land is, you better know the answer cold. Otherwise, what message are you sending to the team (focus and priorities)? WHAT MUST GET DONE!
