Its 100-per-cent-owned Perron-East Gold Project consists of five mineral claim blocks covering 11,608 acres located in the Abitibi greenstone belt of northwestern Quebec.

These Three Amigos companies need to merge into one or do a spin out of resources.
Cruz buys out the lithium from the two.
Smpt buys out the gold from the two. 
Sie buys out whatever else resources they own  from the two.
It sends a clearer message to investors!
