Harte Gold Corp is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral resource properties. It is focused on gold properties located in the province of Ontario, Canada. The company's exploration projects consist of sugar zone property and Stoughton Abitibi property. The Sugar Zone Property is located approximately 80 kilometers east of the Hemlo gold camp on the north shore of Lake Superior. It includes approximately 4 mining leases and 336 unpatented mining claims. In addition, it also consists of approximately 29,435 hectares within the Sault Ste. The Stoughton Abitibi property is located approximately 110 kilometers east of Timmins and 50 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake.

Again,good work Ulster,keep it up..As it is unless you could prove some criminal wrongdoings shareholders don't stand much of a chance.There is an inherent risk in investing in juniors and that is a given.All they have to say is "were you aware there was a risk? ,yes or no.I'm not trying to justify anything,the whole project was a fiasco from day one and probably should have never gotten off the ground.It was all on account of one man with a huge ego.S.R,Prospector of the year.The great mine builder.Claims he sold Golden Eagle for 1.5 billion on his resume.This part of his resume has a huge smear on it but can't be erased completely.It's on his record for life.Screwed a lot of people out of their money.Bottom line.The hole he dug with other peoples money and the mess he left behind proved to be too much to overcome.Cheers Ulster
