Can their above statement then suggest that they must also anticipate possibly not providing updates --- for some unknown reason? Or is it just IR speak?
It's ypical non committal forward looking gobbledygook. It's an essential tool with 12 year old startups. It's a shame what the financial world has become.

There are certain things that you might "anticipate" doing in the future -- whether you will provide updates or not should not be one of them -- unless, of course, you anticipate the possibility of not being a functional operation at such time but even that "should" require an update.
