Good luck signing a stadium in 2022, the NCS4 report was so bad they had to bury it under a rock.

Same goes for the Safety act, 2 years in and they can´t even produce a single certification, pat1 had one in a matter of months.

Express just isn´t reliable and battles with several issues and the market is aware of that.
