The Company markets its technology to customers in the Middle East, Russia and China.

No. I don't think so. But what do we know, apparently this is still actively being pumped after knowingly been told it is revoked. You can go to jail for that. I don't think revocation is an easy penalty to be awarded. They should be commended on the effort.
