I also think there could be a puke post dividend -- right? Feels like the thinking will be "what's the next catalyst"...especially with Q4 (and likely) Q1 being meh quarters (at best).

I'm actually waiting to buy the stub on the puke. 
The two businesses could be worth >$20. I'm good buying it at <$8.


I seriously doubt it gets below $8 as the $15.25 dividend on the currnt price about $11. I can see it below $10 but not below $8. Good chance the company begins it's buyback should it fall back.
