RE:For the serious investor.... I would not say it's overvalued given the size of the market there disrupting, and the massive potential the company has ahead of it.
profit margins are huge, so they will be profitable much quicker then the majority of young companies.
Also the vast majority of small cap Growth stocks have been in a down trend since last February, shortly after taat had ATH prices. Now that it been almost a year of downward movment for most of these high growth stocks, I expect money to start flowing back into them very soon, we're already seeing a strong recovery in the market.
So no, I disagree that the stock is highly overvalued when you look at future growth, rate of growth, demand of product, profits margins , and the size of the tobacco market itself.
