It's a simple phone call. It takes minutes and your questions will be answered. I'm not sure I understand the hesitancy, it's not like buying a car or something important, it's only your life. If you are in L.A. or Toronto you can get tested. Other areas currently requires travel with an available travel credit offered as I understand it. Don't take my word for it nothing like personal experience.
