They've legislated to prevent O&G exploration on their land, Energir has gotten into a agreement with Hydro-Quebec wherein it would cut its nat gas supply to the benefit of hydro-electricity and also committed to increase RNG in their pipelines and testing the inclusion of hydrogen. In short, Quebec doesn't hate pipelines. They're trying to find better way to meet their climate change commitments.
