RE:RE:RE:RE:Fair Value?Afe has nominal interests ie 5 percent in most discoveries a minimum of 1.3 B shares out , no matter how large the discoveries , crumbs to Aoi a distraction to say the least , at this point what should matter is a more focused approach to either grow the business directly , enhance shareholder value and minimise lining of pockets of CEO . Writing large checks , getting a nice remuneration package in return, and crumbs back into company coffers at some point very far down the road if at all is close to breach of fiduciary duty. I ll gloss over the fact that apart from the lundins no one on the board has significant skin in the game has pounded stock out for last few years and not bought a stick of stock  in 4  years ,at 90 dollar oil it is time to stick some feet to the fire
