True about the info. Nowadays it's all about were we get our info.

Never trust extremist because most of the times that's what they are (Both 'everything is ok' and 'everything is gone to hell' crowds).

A good rule of thumbs is to remove the one or two most optimistics/pessimistics analysts and the result is most likely to be closer to what ends up being the 'results'.
