RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Auxly closing facilities As I understand it, Auxly can buy up to half production at the floor price. $2.25, but, they do not have to. They can purchase the other half of production at a negotiated price prior to others buying.
They funded half the building cost, so, you can be sure they have a priority claim to the building and its use.
There is the rub, they are walking away from prior production. Including their premium craft grower Robinsons.
I would look into the details, but Auxly is very much in the mix for Lotus for the next 8 years.
Lotus would have to somehow get a legal release. Lotus does not have any cash, thanks to mgt to buy them out.
If they can nuke their own sub, they can do the same to Lotus.
