It's very obvious, no one with any business acumen is influencing the company.
It clear they do not need or want product.
It is their legal rights pertaining to the building.
I would guess that Auxly can screw up even a mortgage.
They are Bay Street lawyers.
I would guess there is very slim chance Lotus got funds to build without Auxly exerting some legal control on the real estate during the royalty period... I doubt it.
But, maybe you are an insider or a friend of management and know different.
If you are, shame on you for letting this dumpster fire occur.
