RE:RE:The infringement suit will always be a thorn in our sideWhat is it with you people and your focus on this virtually meaningless lawsuit. This is just part of doing business.... period. Its an every day occurance south of the border.
The only thing anyone on this board needs to worry about is whether the products do what they say they do in real world applications.
If they do, then the market will buy them REGARDLESS of any infringement claims! OK? GET IT?
Customers will require EXRO to indemnify them against any and all claims of any type. This is normal course business. Indemnification clauses can include requiring EXRO pay for the costs of removing any portion of the product that a court has deemed infringing. And EXRO has all kinds of insurance options to cover any such indemnity claims should the need arise.
The market waits for no one...... patent infringement suits included. If the Coil Driver does what it claims in all of projects under development...... this lawsuit will be nothing more than a blip.
And if it doesn't the lawsuit will be a moot point......
What a bunch of nervous nellies! Must be Canadians
