I suspect this management group is treading water. They have announced this exspansion and are fleshing it out on the fly. Any info is borderline theory at this point. The increase in cobalt price has kept the NDCC down. Currently they have the proposed exspansion cost covered but again I will be very surprised if they keep it under 200 mil Nevermind the 120 they've estimated.

the only thing keeping their head above water is Nickel and Cobalt prices being above historical averages. If they muff this up they are toast.

they will keep me in for another quarter base on commodity prices and fertilizer prices. Look to see a quarter with no excuses and see what a normal quarter should be.
target of .65-.75$ by April.
