RE:RE:RE:RE:The infringement suit will always be a thorn in our sideI know what I know and I post what I know, which is something more members on this board should try to do. If you know of what you speak then share it, support it with logical statements. If you don't, then keep your opinions to yourself.
The world will be a better place for it.
My motives here are straight forward.....I want this company to succeed. I don't put people on ignore because that lets those that wish to misinform win. We have no idea as to their motives......
The rinse, repeat cycle by the doom and gloom, woe is me board members on the subject of the financing is a case in point. Now we are back to the lawsuit?
Unless you are either a lawyer or have participated in a patent infringement action (regardless of which side you were on), then your opinions are to say the least..... uninformed.... and reading web pages doesn't change that.
EXRO has an experienced Board and an experienced Legal Team. Afterall they have successfully prosecuted several patent applications internationally. So why not leave it up to them.
Sue stated unequivocally, that she would keep shareholders informed as matters evolve.
The headline of the original post "The infringement suit will always be a thorn in our side" serves as a case in point.
Its sole purpose is to alarm and influence opinion in a negative manner. If that is not the case then it is intended to elevate the boards perception of the poster to "one that knows of what they speak"
The motives behind statements like this are unknown. It is bereft of fact and offers no logic to support the claim. THAT IS JUST WRONG!
Placing me on ignore is irrelevant to me. Those that do are either part of the misinformation problem or they just don't like being called out. I could care less.
