Tell me why this stock has to go up? Is it the universal law that NL has no where to go but up? With all the things you said happening in the world, WHY WOULD YOU BUY A PENNY STOCK??? the absolute worst decision you could ever make. The smartest? Hold cash until the smoke settles. Or put it somewhere in a safer market, only idiots would invest in penny stocks in very uncertain times.
