Someone posted on YF a few Maestro quotes. All of his posts are up so these are all verifiable. A great example of the hourly distorting going on, as well as the kind of person Filoux looks up to :(

Whognu, I wouldn't care to keep this type of company at my table and I'd certainly hope you operate more ethically than this character:
