Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The fact that trading volume has dried up suggests that ONC has stopped using the ATM.

If ONC has stopped using the ATM it is becuase they no longer have a need to top up their cash on hand.

This could be a postiive sign - suggesting a partnership or buyout in the near term.
