Testing may take more than 6 months, perhaps 12 months. They may not want to publish. If I was the recipient of the stuff I would not want to publish. Stay ahead of the crowd. Anyway, you have to make sure Bernard can produce and have to know what the price is going to be. Negos have not started yet. Production is not yet started. But it is imminent.
