Thanks for the post.. one thing for sure is the $50K is peanuts.. it should be at least $50 million.. otherwise its no more than a slap on the hand.. hopefully once in court the judge realizes this and factors in the immediate $.48 cent stock price drop which turns out to be closer to a buck within a couple days..! JMHO
