the outlook for oil looks very positive - certainly into 2023 and oil services sector will also benefit, even though many producers are going to be much more conservative when it comes to drilling new wells, their will be new wells drilled, and the longer the bull market for oil lasts, the greater number of wells will be drilled
it's just the way the cycle works
