The Bachelor Mine is located on one mining concession, and one mining lease, four kilometers (km) south of Highway 113 and 90 km northeast of the city of Lebel-sur-Quevillon. The Company holds a 100% interest in 21 mineral claims in the city of Val-d’Or in Quebec covering 457.53 hectares. The Company holds a 90% interest in two mining leases north of the town of Skead within the city of Greater Sudbury in Ontario. The two mining leases cover an area of approximately 129.99 hectares.

Bonterra is a brownfields gold exploration company with >3.0Moz's defined between three, 100% owned, underground deposits within the Abitibi Greenstone Belt in Quebec. BTR owns the only permitted mill (800 tpd) in the region which is within trucking distance at all three deposits. Bonterra is two-thirds the way through a three year permitting process to expand the mill to 2,400 tpd. All of these assets combined, along with the regional potential of this new gold camp, provides the company the option for a potential for a hub-and-spoke restart in the near future.
