Not much movement in this stock price. I guess the markets are not expecting much. Will probably be killer earnings, but nothing will happen with all the market volatilty.

Oh, and sustained $90plus oil doesn't mean anything anymore either it seems.

Yep . In todays dollars the SP was close to $ 22 in 2014 . Then wave after wave of USA production stupidity and greed , price wars and ESG so people are very hesitant to buy into an industry that likes to shoot its own foot on a regular basis, You abuse shareholders that often of course theyre going to be hesitant, even when you're making tons of cash. I travel to Hawaii often. I talked to a few people in brand new subdivisions and a whole bunch of them were oil and gas execs.  Seems like they made out like gangbusters while everyone else including the banks lost their shirt.  I got my money back on VET and if I break even after 8 years of WCP I'm never touching this garbage again.  This was the only industry that pooped its pants in this unprecedented stock market bull run. And I bought in when it was 50% down. I thought " there is no way the shale guys are going to destroy their own market for long"  LOL.  I was sorely wrong. Now that they were forced to smarten up, there is so much scar tissue it'll be near impossible for people to trust them ever again. Any company that increases production more than a few percentage points a year should have their share price destroyed by 90% overnight.  The only way theyll learn.
