Not sure how you reach that conclusion. The future is pretty clearly using HIV modest cash cow to fund, first, oncology, and later NASH. They know HIV is a slowly declining patient market, not growing. Commercial has always been stated as a nice way to contribute to the annual kitty to pay all the bills - nothing more.
