Am I reading this right? 

net revenues for 2021 was 87 million and taat is acquiring them for 6.6 million. 

How did we get this deal? Is that not an  insane  bargain for us or am I missing something  ?  

Add on some good earnings plus the Euro deal and another earnings in April. I'm pumped.
