Alliance Pipeline is our main cross boarder line to Chicago and we have anouther Empress that goes to Tioga, both have no issues I'm aware of therefore your original question is useless because no one has shut off a valve at a boarder to close a line as your inferring thus it's appropriate others have passed on discussing this with you.
