Question about Montalva financing

Question about Montalva financing
First of all, I'm quite happy to see the recent SP uptrend and GRB's increased activity on social media. Let's hope all that continues. However, I do have a question for Jeff. Per the company's Q3 filings: "On February 16, 2021, the Company executed a one year extension of the USD $195 Million Montalva project financing mandate with Voya Investment Management, LLC ("Voya") for the Company's 160 MW DC/80 MW AC Montalva Solar Project ("Montalva Project")."

We're a couple weeks past the (apparent) expiration of that extension, and I was curious if Montalva would be granted a further extension, or if you were considering going with another financer? I have to imagine that private equity remains very interested in investing in projects like this.

Thank you.
