RE:RE:The directors are the problemFortna, That reply is not very thoughtful. You would make a good Russian or China citizen. Speak when spoken to.
Funds have not bought this stock because of the poor governance. POOR.
So the holders are mostly retail. Retail, perhaps like you, do not have the time, experience, knowledge of sufficient $ invested to make it worthwhile to read, compare and think about who is running the zoo.
If there was a significant fund or 3 involved, the board of directors would have been cleaned out by now.
The 4 longest standing directors (2005, 2006, 2006, 2007 - Gilberry, Skippen, Fattuch, Shorky) have survived this long because retail has no voice.
Few retail holders even vote. Many that do vote, do not read the Circular to assess what is really going on about how and who governs.
Did you know the director fees in 2019 were 1.275m, and 1m in 2020.
Did you know how many different CEOs and CFOs there have been in last 5 years.
Did you read the director biographies and see that the deepest experience governance they seem to have is QTRH.
