3.3.2 Schedule

The Ortoire development envisages the tie-in, sales, and custody transfer of the CAS-
1ST1 discovery well and CAS DEEP-1 well in Q2 2022, with gas targeted to begin flowing in the second quarter (“Q2”) 2022. At this time, there are eight development wells total
planned from the CAS B and CAS C sites. The proposed drilling, completion, tie-in and
onstream schedule for wells CAS-1ST1, CAS DEEP-1, CAS-2, CAS-3, CAS-4, CAS-5,
CAS-6, CAS-7, CAS-8 and CAS-9 is as follows:
