Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Q4 results

Q4 results

I would say a neutral in line quarter... so many moving parts because of dispositions, buy backs, new investments...

Nice to see the final 5 Calgary office buildings sold, so they have NO Calgary office..

Occupancy ticked up to 89.4% from 88.8% in Q3 ....and committed occupancy went to 91.5% from 90.8% Low debt ratio of 42.9%

IFRS nav of $17.37 ... this should increase in Q1 because of them getting a great deal on the Cominar properties and new developments
