Dividend yield getting close to 3 percent now. Surprised has come down this much. Almost half price from peak of close to $220. Back in March 2020 at start of virus price also collapsed almost in half but quickly came back
Tume to add more here I think. Cash flows still great and businesses opening up more with end of virus. War through monkey wrench into things but I think it's priced in now
