Ok CAPEX might increase. However, do you follow the short positions on the oil and gas sector? I'll help, short positions are at a record hi, Athabasca for example has 35M shares shorted today. I guess many believe the insane rally of oil prices is not sustainable. Folks as always do your own homework rather than relying on lame statement and non specific statements
