question for frankman or sb else:Do you know what has been causing the share price erosion after the recent financing?  
Actually, the chart shows steady decline in share price over the last 6 mohths.
They need significant amount of cash to move forward yet fell short of raising $1M.  
Is it another of 100s or 1000s of early stage biotechs that will bite the dust fairly soon?
