you know stockmonster I was highly critical of Rich in the way of what you just said BUT when you come to think about it isn't spending ones time skin enough? It is really easy for us to criticize and judge basing things on what are seen in terms of supposedly 0 results and by extension thinking so what the hell is everyone doing anyways? But that is the thing either we believe people are putting in an honest days work despite seeing nothing or we don't. But we just don't know exactly what goes on behind the scenes. Now if we believe people are actually working hard putting in an honest days worth of work whether the CEO is granted the shares as compensation and doesn't put in monies for more shares or does he or she is still putting in their time and effort and I am sure doesn't want their shares to be worthless why would they? Would you? Bottom line is whether one buys up shares or not their time is the skin the most valuable as who wants to waste their time? Do you?
