This delay has been well explained in the update and will prove up valuable information that was not included in the SRK version. As it is not just a PEA, but also mining license application, more content that meets Serbian criteria will be included. I see this as a great benefit that should have few challenges once complete.
I'm sure a more thorough explanation of the news release will be presented tomorrow. I don't think it will be a long time until the completed document is ready. Less than a month is my guess.
